Baltic Gender Final Conference Webinar is taking place on the 18th of June 2020, 10:00am to 12:15pm.
University of Kiel is one of the partners in the Baltic Gender project, a Baltic Consortium on Promoting Gender Equality
in Marine Research Organisations.

During the webinar they will present four Baltic Gender products which can be used to reduce gender inequalities and support structural changes in marine science. These products are:
- Best practices on structural change in marine science (Dr Ines Weber, Christian-Albrechts-University Kiel, Germany)
- Gender sensitive teaching (Dr Britta Thege, Kiel University of Applied Sciences, Germany)
- GenderWave: a digitool for integration of gender perspectives into marine research and innovation (Dr Helena Valve, Finnish Environment Institute, Finland)
- Measures to prevent sexual harassment or sexualised violence at sea (Nikole Lorenz, GEOMAR Helmholtz Centre for Ocean Research Kiel, Germany)
