Master Your International Teamwork – Successful communication in international, interdisciplinary teams

Learning Objectives:

  • Understanding culture and its impact on behavior in international teams
  • Understanding individual and team cultural patterns of action
  • Developing communication strategies and skills to get the best out of international teams

Detailed Description:

Intercultural teamwork already is a part of everyday work at many universities. When scientists from different cultures work together it often becomes clear, that there are significant cultural differences involved in communication and behavior.

This course is designed to develop intercultural competences and master international teamworking skills, for successful communication and best team performance.

With this training the participants will get an understanding of international and interdisciplinary team skills, taking into account their own culture. Practical exercises and tasks assist on the way to competent intercultural team behavior. The course offers a wide space to ask numerous questions and to exchange ideas with others in the same situation.

The Application Deadline is 23 January 2022.

Limit: Places for SEA-EU international participants are limited and will be attributed on a first-come-first-served-basis.

by 28 January 2022. Without this confirmation e-mail you are not allowed to participate in the course.

All further registrations will be put on a waiting list. As soon as a place becomes available in the course, you will receive a message from us. If you have not received a message by 02 February 2022, you have not been allocated a place on this course.
