Taste of Croatia: Cooking workshop 30 April 2021


On 30 April 2021, over the course of two hours, anyone from the SEA-EU alliance, teaching, and non-teaching staff as well as students, will have the opportunity to get acquainted with amazing Croatian dishes, from starter to dessert. Not only will the workshop participants enjoy the sights of delicious food, but the event will also be streamed from the stunning Adriatic restaurant terrace in Split. Professor Vedran Poljak and his students from the Hospitality and Gastronomy study program at the University of Split are eager to teach everyone how to prepare the winning dishes, Dalmatian-style octopus, seafood meatballs, and rozata, and to promote Croatian national gastronomy. The Taste Croatia event is part of the 2021 SEA-EU Cooking Experience competition and is open to all SEA-EU members.
