Detailed Description:

Integrating sustainability into organizations increases the complexity of their decisions significantly.

In the Sustainable Leadership seminar, participants learn more about the nature of these complex decision-making processes and how they can be visualized and managed. Participants acquire the competence to accept and manage the dilemmas of sustainable decisions.

  • Accept and manage the dilemma of sustainable decisions
