Individual differences of information processing: Validation of the KMF-21 and further diagnostic inventories in a French sample

The French master-student should have been studied Psychology as a bachelor. The Chair of Psychological Assessment, Differential and Personality Psychology offers scientific experience in a psychometric study on individual differences of informaton processing. A student assistant in the team of Prof. Dr. Anja Leue supports the above-mentioned project.
The MSc-Psychology student will be asked to invite French participants at a French University (e.g. University of Brest) for an online study. Each examination takes place in zoom or BigBlueButton. The MSc-students welcomes each participant, explains the procedure and duration of the study. The MSc-student presents a Unipark-Link to the participant and asks the participant to return to zoom or BigBlueButton after finishing the Unipark-Link. The Unipark-Link contains all written information about the study, data protection issues, written informed consent, demographic data, and 21 questionnaire items. The second link for data collection will be provided by the MSc-student in zoom or BigBlueButton. The second link serves for data collection in the Hogrefe Test System (HTS-5). The participant is asked to perform the items and two performance tests. After doing so, the participant returns to zoom or BigBlueButton in order to obtain information for reimbursement (25 €) via paypal.

Skills to be acquired or developed:

recruitment of participants, standardized handling of software tools for data acquisition, communication with French participants in zoom or BigBlueButton
