An insightful event on Inclusion and Diversity in the Workplace was recently held at Villa Doria d’Angri, promoted by the Department of Law of the University of Naples Parthenope in collaboration with the employment agency Synergie Italia. The initiative aimed to foster a workplace culture grounded in the recognition and promotion of diversity and inclusion within organisational contexts.
Introduced by Professors Filomena Buonocore and Luigi Lepore, the event provided an important opportunity for dialogue between final-year students, graduates and companies operating in the local area, encouraging meaningful exchanges between academia and the labour market.
A number of leading companies took part in the initiative, including MBDA, Union Gas, R-Store, A.L.A. S.p.A., La Doria, Seda Italy S.p.A., Hitachi Rail, Bluelog and Engineering. These organisations already collaborate with the Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Organisation and Human Resource Management, further strengthening ties between university education and professional practice.
