As part of World Cancer Day, the Associação Oncológica do Algarve (AOA) will host the 1st “Arts with Purpose” Charity Gala on 4 February, at the Conservatório Regional do Algarve.
This solidarity event offers a unique evening bringing together music, dance and visual arts, with the aim of raising funds for the future Casa Flor das Dunas, a support centre for people living with cancer and their families, a project of great importance for the Algarve region.
Under the theme “Pink / Gold / White Shine Gala”, the programme will feature a diverse artistic line-up and emotionally engaging moments, including the presentation of the video series “Faces of Resilience”, which shares testimonies from Algarve cancer patients, as well as an institutional video highlighting the role and social impact of AOA as a public-benefit non-profit organisation.
The organisers expect a sold-out audience, in an evening dedicated to celebrating solidarity, art and the community’s commitment to this cause.
