The students will have contact with the diversity of formal, non-formal and informal educational contexts in the region. The CEAD has multiple collaborations with several organizations from the civil society, which creates the perfect environment for the students to learn and develop. At the same time, collaboration with researchers from the CEAD will also be encouraged.
The aim of this internship is that students are integrated in real work settings, performing over a period several tasks that will help them gain professional experience.
As a final product, it is expected that students are able to publicly present their internship report. Skills to be acquired or developed:
a) Understand the culture, philosophy and principles of host institutions;
b) identify and understand the rules, procedures, and attitudes characteristic of the work contexts;
c) concretise in work contexts the knowledge and skills previously acquired;
d) promote a reflection on the processes and learning acquired during the internship;
e) collect original information about a problem using research methods and techniques;
f) prepare a diagnosis in the work context;
g) analyse the results and draw relevant conclusions.
