The SEA-EU Alliance recently convened a highly productive Staff Week on Human Resources, held on October 17, 18 and 19 at the University of Gdansk (Poland). This event brought together experts and professionals from the staff areas of the nine partner universities, providing a platform for collaboration and knowledge sharing in the field of human resource management in higher education.
During this stimulating Staff Week, each of the participating universities presented their human resource management models, providing a valuable opportunity to gain insight into diverse approaches and strategies.
