SEA-EU Presentation already reached over 620 bachelor students at the University of Algarve

During the past recent months, the University of Algarve (UAlg) has been presenting the SEA-EU project to an enthusiastic audience of bachelor students from various fields of study. The event, titled “15 minutes of SEA-EU”, has been taking place in the classrooms and aiming to raise awareness about the numerous opportunities available through the SEA-EU Alliance and to encourage greater student involvement in its initiatives.

The presentation already reached more than 620 students and covers several key aspects of the SEA-EU Alliance, including:

  • Nature and Goals: An introduction to the SEA-EU Alliance, highlighting its mission to foster cooperation and innovation among the nine European universities.
  • SEA-EU Website and Features: A walkthrough of the main SEA-EU website, showcasing its resources and how students can navigate it to find relevant information.
  • UAlg Micro Website: Details on the specific micro website dedicated to the UAlg, where students can find localized information and updates.
  • Opportunities: An overview of the diverse opportunities available through SEA-EU, including specialized courses, research initiatives, mobility opportunities, internships, Blended Intensive Programs (BIPs), joint programs, competitions, and more.

The primary goal of the presentations is to engage students and informing them about the opportunities that the SEA-EU Alliance offers, encouraging them to take advantage of these resources to enhance their academic and professional journeys.

We have been excited to see the positive response from the students and looking forward to their active participation in the SEA-EU Alliance.
