The exhibition Breathing Together (Measuring the Cosmos) by Neli Ružić opens on March 12, 2025, at 7 PM in Galerija Kula, Split, and runs until April 25, 2025. This multi-channel video-sound installation explores the ephemeral nature of breath as both an individual and collective experience. Situated in the northeast tower of Diocletian’s Palace, the work contrasts the transient traces of breath on glass with the enduring presence of ancient architecture. Through the interplay of dust particles and exhalations, it evokes a poetic reflection on time, materiality, and human presence in the vast expanse of the cosmos. Ultimately, Ružić’s work invites contemplation on the rhythms of life and our interdependence in space and time.
