On the 19th of October 2023 delegates from all of the nine partner universities of SEA-EU Alliance came together to attend the Future Leadership Forum hosted by Parthenope University in Naples.

The event took place in the beautiful frame of Villa Doria D’Angri, which provided a perfect location to fruitfully discuss and share knowledge.
On this occasion, panels and discussions focused on the following pivotal issues:

• What are the major challenges our society will be facing?
• What skills are the most important for a better future to be built?
• What role the European University of the Seas plays to achieve a Healthy ocean and Sustainable World?

Given these points, the event was clearly not only a formal milestone for the SEA-EU Alliance Project, but it represented a valuable chance to harness the power of sharing experiences, practices, resources and expertise paving the way for a better and sustainable future powered by European Education and Research.
