I offer the candidate an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the achievements of the Kashubian community in protecting their own culture, focusing primarily on the preservation of their language and literature. Through this example, the candidate will have the opportunity to learn the methods of these efforts, which can be universal across the broad field of protecting linguistic, cultural, regional, and other minorities. As part of the program, I offer visits and work in key Kashubian institutions dedicated to the protection and nurturing of their heritage. The program will also include consultations and interviews with renowned individuals from this community who are developing the protection program.
