Navigating SEA-EU across the University of Split!

SEA-EU office of the University of Split held SEA-EU info day.

SEA-EU Info Day at the University of Split on July 11th, 2024, brought together faculty representatives to discuss the SEA-EU 2.0 current project’s progress and challenges. Led by vice-rector prof. Zoran Đogaš and Gordana Dujmović, Local Manager of SEA-EU 2.0, the meeting presented the most important activities underway outlining the ways students, as well as teaching and non-teaching staff can participate in the project. Prof. Đogaš revealed plans from representatives from all Croatian alliances to launch a formal initiative to address common issues alliances face more effectively. It was explained how joint coordination between different Croatian alliances can help fortify liason with the Ministry of Education and Science and secure additional funding, essential for proper project implementation.

Many participants also took the opportunity to get to know each other and the SEA-EU office but also to discuss the possibilities of participating actively in project tasks.

The meeting once again accentuated how SEA-EU aims to revolutionize higher education through collaboration, innovation, and the promotion of mobility. SEA-EU brings on changes as we speak and everyone is invited to be part of it. The participants were reminded that SEA-EU is more than a project—it’s a journey into knowledge and innovation, empowering them to shape their future.
