SEA-EU (Universities of the Sea) established the OSBE to connect businesses, industry experts, HEIs, researchers, teachers, students, NGOs, and communities to share ideas, knowledge, experience, and best practices for a sustainable blue economy.
The OSBE promotes sustainable development of the blue economy through a set of strategic activities. Its work includes measuring, monitoring, and forecasting blue economy trends, supporting the creation of sustainable jobs, and encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship in the maritime sector.
