The Observatory for Sustainable Blue Economy (OSBE) serves as a collaborative platform connecting universities, researchers, businesses, public institutions and civil society organisations working towards sustainable development of marine and coastal environments.
Through knowledge exchange, research, innovation and stakeholder engagement, OSBE contributes to evidence-based decision making and supports the transition towards a resilient and sustainable blue economy across SEA-EU regions.
OSBE promotes cooperation between academia, industry and society by providing access to knowledge, fostering innovation and supporting sustainable blue growth initiatives. The observatory acts as a hub for dialogue, collaboration and the exchange of best practices among regional and international stakeholders.

OSBE Ambassadors represent the Observatory across the SEA-EU alliance and beyond. They support collaboration, promote stakeholder engagement, and contribute to the dissemination of knowledge and best practices in the field of the sustainable blue economy.
