On Tuesday, April 1st, for the fifth consecutive year, the University of Split, in collaboration with its partner university in Brest (SEA-EU), organized the humanitarian race La Solidaire de Brest 2025.
This race offered a wonderful opportunity to engage in sports, enjoy social interaction, and most importantly, support humanitarian causes. For every kilometer run, 1 euro was donated to the associations Les Joëlettes du bout du monde and Surfrider Foundation, both of which are involved in important ecological and social initiatives.
The race started at 12 PM at the Marjan Gate, and it brought together students and staff of the University of Split, as well as citizens who wanted to contribute to this worthy cause. All kilometers were tracked via the Strava app, and for each recorded kilometer, 1 euro was donated.
